Our Services
About the Founder
I am Lloyda During, a former Global Diversity & Inclusion Lead, with the privilege of having led several DEI teams from inception to successful transformational inclusion journeys.
A successful background in a variety of industries, including Banking & Finance, FMCG, Technology, and the private and public sector, in both business and business facing roles, enables me to understand critical business pressures and the most effective ways to enhance return on investments.
My professional journey has taken me around the globe, collaborating with peers and experts in programmes large and small. I am most proud of the 'In Their Shoes' award winning experiential program, which helps teams experience diverse perspectives.
My passion lies in working alongside my clients, co-creating programmes that help them address challenges and concerns, to create a workplace where we widen our reach, to include all those voices who can help us contribute to the rich tapestry of a thriving workplace.
